The Friends of the Wellington Branch Library "My Passion Is" Series

Please note this talk will occur offsite, at Mark Armstrong's studio.  Space is limited so please be sure to register.

Breath work, relaxation techniques, and gentle movement, designed to strengthen, stretch and improve muscle tone and co-ordination. All levels and experience welcome.

$5 per person, per session. Cash or debit.
