The Friends of the Wellington Branch Library: My Passion Is... Series

Kathy McAlpine is a lifelong Prince Edward County resident whose vision is to help people move easier and without pain.

Breath work, relaxation techniques, and gentle movement, designed to strengthen, stretch and improve muscle tone and co-ordination. All levels and experience welcome.

$5 per person, per session. Cash or debit.

This class offers a very gentle and slow combination of stretches and movement to promote strength, flexibility,  balance and relaxation. Participants must be able to go from standing to sitting and lying on a mat unassisted.
