Event Details
This class offers a very gentle and slow combination of stretches and movement to promote strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Participants must be able to go from standing to sitting and lying on a mat unassisted.
Some mats are available but please bring one if you have one.
$5 per person, per session. Cash or debit.
