Join us in the Flex Space at Picton Branch Library to:

- improve your flexibility

- have better circulation

- reduce chances of muscle injury

- prevent muscle stiffness

- reduce tension

- encourage relaxation

 

These classes will incorporate gentle strength and stretch training together with balance and functional movement to improve flexibility, balance, posture and your range of motion.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in with running shoes.  A towel and water bottle are also recommended.
