Book your free tech help appointment. Please include a note with the following questions:
- What type of device do you need help with? (laptop, desktop, tablet, smartphone, e-reader, other)
- What operating system does it use? (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, etc.)
- Please briefly describe the questions you have or the problem you would like to solve.
Please note we cannot recover passwords for you, but we can guide you through password-reset processes when available.
