Functional Fitness: Now hybrid! Join in person or online. Join facilitator Jennifer Cobb for Functional Fitness: chair-based exercise combining warm-up, cardio, resistance, flexibility, and cool-down. Helps with fall prevention and balance.
Use pages and covers from discarded and damaged books to create art. All welcome - we will provide the books and some supplies.
Join us in the Flex Space at Picton Branch Library to:
- improve your flexibility
- have better circulation
- reduce chances of muscle injury
- prevent muscle stiffness

Drop into the library after school on Tuesdays for a variety of activities that we choose together and vote on. Examples include art installations, podcasting, filmmaking and community projects.
