The primary purpose of the 4-H program is the personal development of youth ages six to twenty-one in rural Ontario. Their motto, "Learn to do by doing", guides us to use our Heads, Hands, Hearts, and Health to make a positive contribution to our community.
We are particularly excited to welcome youth who live in our towns and villages and who may not yet have shared the fun and friendship of 4-H membership. For registration details please contact Jane Thompson at janethompson1838@gmail.com or Lynn Ward at lynnward50@hotmail.com. by Sept. 8. We also welcome inquiries from adults in the community interested in becoming a 4-H volunteer.
Through the generosity of the Stark Family Fund through the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area, this program is available at no charge.
